Everything you need before you arrive.
Practical answers to the questions we are asked most at the front desk — what to bring, when to visit, and how admission and discharge work.
Come prepared and your visit will be shorter.
What to bring
- Any previous prescriptions, discharge summaries and reports
- Earlier scans and X-ray films, including reports from other hospitals
- A list of medicines you take, with doses
- Photo identity proof for admission
- Insurance or TPA card, if you have one
- For pregnancy visits: your antenatal card and all scan reports
For attendants and visitors
- One attendant may normally stay with an admitted patient
- Up to four visitors per patient, so the ward stays restful for everyone recovering
- Please keep the ward quiet during rest hours
- Children are best left at home when visiting the ward
- Do not bring flowers or food for a patient without asking the nurse
- Please do not photograph or film other patients
- Wash or sanitise your hands before and after visiting
From arrival to follow-up.
Registration
Give your name and phone number at reception. New patients are registered in a few minutes; returning patients are looked up by phone number.
Consultation
You will be called in turn. Describe the problem, be examined, and ask anything you want clarified before a plan is agreed.
Tests or admission
Scans and samples are usually done in the same visit. If admission is needed, reception explains rooms and costs first.
Discharge & follow-up
You leave with a discharge summary, prescriptions and a follow-up date. Keep the summary for any future visit.
OPD & visiting hours
- Monday – Friday
- 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday
- 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Sunday
- Closed
- Emergency
- Open 24 hours, all days
OPD timings are for outpatient consultations. The emergency desk does not close, so come straight in if the situation is urgent.
Visiting an admitted patient
Visitors may come at any time during the day — there is no fixed visiting window. Up to four visitors per patient, so the ward stays restful for everyone recovering.
Payment & insurance
Reception accepts:
- Cash
- Card
- UPI
The hospital offers a cashless facility, and insurance claims are handled through TPAs. Bring your insurance or TPA card, and tell the desk at admission rather than at discharge — the paperwork moves faster when it is started early.
